The main point of this blog is to share my experiences in Egypt. Those posts will be entitled "Dispatches From The Desert." There may also, from time to time, even while I am abroad, be regular posts which are not specifically about my trip. Those will be given regular titles. If you only want to read about Egypt, just read the Dispatches. If you want to read everything, then by all means, please do so.
After I return home, I will continue to post. Some postings will be about Egypt (the things I didn't have time to post while there), and others will just be about...stuff.
What the tattoo says...
Nunc lento sonitu dicunt, morieris.
"Now, this bell tolling softly for another says to me, Thou must die." (The tattoo in question is peeking out of my shirt on my left chest and shoulder area--if you'd like to see it, please look at the post from April called "Damn the icebergs..."
